For a long time, I lived through the noise of the intellect—measuring life by comparisons, external milestones, and the judgments of the world. Like many, I searched outside for meaning, only to find perpetual unrest in the mind.

It was only when the mind grew still through the silent, compassionate grace of Jaganmathe (the Divine Mother) that a simple truth dawned upon me:

This life is not a race to replicate another’s journey or prove ourselves to the world. It exists only because our consciousness is here to experience it. The moment we look inward (Athma-Anveshana), life stops being a battle of intellect and becomes a sacred duty lived with an open, peaceful heart.

That is why I call myself Athmanveshi—an ordinary soul seeking to know the true self.

Music & thoughts

The songs, poems, and words shared here are not sermons. They are spontaneous ripples of my own sadhana, internal questions, and moments of realization.
